Giveaway Rules

2023 Spring Wedding Giveaway

Eligibility:
The 2023 Spring Wedding Giveaway Contest is open to legal residents of West Georgia, USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  

Entry Method:
To enter, participants must Like the initial Facebook post, Share the initial post to their timeline, and complete the giveaway form. Multiple entries per person will be accepted. Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided.

Duration:
The contest will begin at 7:30am April 25th, 2023 and end at 11:59pm May 31st, 2023. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be accepted.

Prize:
The prize for this contest is a wedding photography or wedding videography package valued up to $2,500. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the end of the contest period.

Notification:
The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 2 days of the initial contact to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity:
By entering the contest, participants grant Ahren Steis the right to use their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to the contest or its results.

Rules:
By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and any decisions made by Ahren Steis/ Black Crowe Productions regarding the contest. The decisions of the judges are final and binding. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the contest.

Legal Compliance:
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the contest.
